A crime against humanity still unpunished. Baba Amr (Homs), 2012: The Syrian regime's army besieges the neighbourhood and bombards it mercilessly during the civil war. It is a rathole for the helpless population, including women and children. A group of reporters sneaks into the tunnels during this siege to expose the massacre to the world. The film shows important testimonies of this crime against humanity, including the voices of journalists, survivors and perpetrators; it also explores international legal attempts to combat impunity for this terrible episode, and the need for memory and justice for the victims and survivors.
